Chai Electric was founded in 2019 by Ben Shaw who has been an electrician since 2006. Ben has always been hands on, and enjoys working with tools and building materials. Electricity is fascinating to him, and working with it is enjoyable. Ben wants to share his unique understanding of electrical safety, worksite cleanliness and customer satisfaction, and so he built Chai electric.
Chai electric was built with the customer in mind. We try to treat our customers the way we want to be treated. What that means to us is upfront pricing, and thorough explanation of the work if required. We try not to bore people with technical terms they might not understand, or be interested in. We only do work that needs to be done, offer peace of mind, and do not insist on work that you don't need. We want to walk away from a finished project that is neat, clean and done right. Sometimes the project takes longer and requires more effort and thoroughness to reach a high standard, and that results in a higher price, which we hope our customers understand.
